underwhelming stay despite location

faulty air conditioning unresponsive staff

i found the room's air conditioning barely functional it made sleep difficult despite room changes. the minibar operated automatically i could not use it for personal items without incurring charges. also phoning front desk proved almost impossible resulting in significant delays for simple requests like safe repairs

luxurious rooms fantastic staff cleanliness spa inclusion

i have stayed at this hotel every time i visit the area. the rooms are luxurious. the spa is AMAZING!!! it is included, and the staff is fantastic! i was so happy with the cleanliness.

i noticed the tv defaulted to loud EVERY time it was turned on.

unclean toilets expensive rooms

the room service seemed subpar. i found common area toilets not clean, also they smelled bad. the front desk staff was focused on upselling more expensive rooms which i didn't appreciate.
